Description
This listing is for a group of 6 pre-recorded VHS video tapescontaining approximately 14 hours
(all in SP mode)
of 1991's The Party Machine,
hosted by Nia Peeples.
The material is very disjointed and abrupt,
but still contains lots of vintage commercials and guests,
along with many of your favorite Party Machine dancers.
(please see partial list of guests below)
You can see and hear the video and audio quality taken directly
from the tapes in the many short YouTube video clips below,
with even more video clips available for viewing

This material is almost 30 years old,
with some great music, dancing, ads, and guests.
Personally recorded either live off-air, or via timer,
some of the commercials were paused while recording live,
so these tapes have partial commercials and guests,
and the material is very disjointed and mixed-up.
The broadcasting station was
Channel 7 WTRF - Wheeling, W. Va.
(please see photos below for the broadcasting logo, dates)
Some of the many live guests include:
Too Short, Information Society, Tracie Spencer, Joey B. Ellis,
The Party, Mario, Cause and Effect, Little Richard, Big Daddy Kane,
LL Cool J, Ralph Tresvant, Mario Van Peeples, Ice-T, Harriet,
J.J. Fad, Material Issue, Timmy T, The Triplets, Caron Wheeler,
Gerardo, Monie Love, Special Ed, and Domino Theory.
Due to the original Party Machine's studio's low lighting,
some video is extremely dark and hard to see.

Because the material was originally recorded on a 3/4" vcr,
transferred to 1/2" VHS years later, then eventually dubbed,
the picture quality is sub-par and blurry,
compared to today's newer technology and machines.
It is also noted that the picture quality improves
on a smaller screen.
Six (6) VHS video tapes in black cardboard sleeves.
All tapes have been tested and are working, playing properly.
Since every VHS player has different tape tracking abilities,
they may or may not play on all machines as pre-recorded tapes,
and are not guaranteed to do so.
They are being sold as blank tapes,
with all tabs taped, to be re-recorded with
new material,
and will then play back on the recording machine used.
(please see photos of condition below)
Relive and enjoy the music and dancing of the 1990's.
