1970s Ford Chevy Dodge Delbar western jr mirrors swing style 70s

Description

These have a 'D' (I assume Delbar)on the backside plate. Fashioned similar to a Ford/Fomoco style 2 and used by dealers when buyers wanted specific mirrors.
Another brand and style used in 70s-90s  on GM and Dodge has a DP on backside..Ive pulled these also.
Mirror glass in poor shape and one arm  end needs straightening.
They need some restoration.
These are the steel version always painted white from the dealer.
