Attach a device with a 17mm socket onto any mount having a 4-Hole AMPS pattern

vehicle-specific mounts (VSMs).
Many GPS systems, satilite radios and alternate device holder companies use this 17mm ball and socket system to mount their devices with. Also, many vent clip style mounts have a ball and socket system. You can often take your device holder off the vent clip or suction cup and attach it onto one of our mounts with our 17mm  Ball Adapter.

Cameras, GPS devices, audio/video receivers, or satellite radios including Sirius  S50, Sirius XM Onyx Plus, XM Onyx EZ, Sirius XM Lynx, Stratus 7, Dock & Play, and Sirius Dock & Play (all sold separately). This adapter also functions as a 17mm Garmin AMPS mount -- the Garmin attaches directly to the 17mm ball.
4 Small black screws for attaching a holder to a mount (Item # 12002) are included.

This package includes only the 17mm Ball to Single T Slot Adapter with Tightening Ring. No holders or mounts are included with this item alone.

This adapter will work with the GoPro brand device holders on the market. If you like your GoPro brand device holder but would prefer it on a mount designed specifically for your vehicle, simply take the GoPro brand device holder off the base it came with and place it onto this GoPro brand Adapter. The adapter will attach onto any mount having a 4-Hole AMPS pattern, including our A-Tach vehicle-specific mounts (VSMs).
Works great to convert a GoPro onto an A-Tach Mount.
