Used. Comes in non-original packaging. The battery handpiece is in used condition with scuffs and scratches from previous use. There is a row of 5 LEDs on the top that doesn't light up when charging. There is no way to visually see if the battery handpiece charged but we tested the voltage with a multimeter and it does charge. The singular LED on top lights up green when powered on and one of the teeth on the charger is bent. Power adapter not included.
