    You are buying an unused Braden Worm Gear 45,000 pound winch, Model MS20.  It does not free-spool.  It may have some oxidation and warehouse crud. It originally had a planetary drive, but was removed, and made into a standard drive worm gear winch.  Sold "as is".  Parts are still available.  Shipping is 801 pounds truck freight at buyers expense.
