This listing is for a set of 4 cam adapters for tubular locks.  These are used when you want to upgrade your locks from the cheaper disc/wafer type lock up to the tubular Ace style lock but you want to reuse your cams from the disc style.  The center hole on the cams for the disc style is larger with a square opening of 3/8" but the tubular posts are much smaller so when you try to use your original cam, there is too much slop and it just spins around.  You just found and easy fix!  Just slide these adapters over the post of your tubular locks and can now use your original cams!  This is a MUCH easier (and cheaper) solution than trying to find cams the match the exact length and offset bend that your originally had.
