The Carlisle 10621C14 StorPlus is a versatile 8.5 gallon food storage box designed for commercial kitchens and caterers. It is ideal for the storage and transportation of foods, beverages, linens and supplies. The boxes also double as dough proofing bus boxes, ware washing tubs and beverage coolers. Made from high-strength polycarbonate, the Carlisle 10621C14 is break / shatter resistant. Reinforced corners and handles give this food storage box extra rigidity to prevent cracking and support heavy loads. The container can withstand temperatures of -40 to 212 degrees F. All StorPlus food storage containers from Carlisle come in industry standard sizing ensuring compatibility with existing carts and racks. For easy and efficient storing, they are stackable with other StorPlus containers as well as other standard size food storage boxes.
