How many positions does the Angel Sleeper have?
Our pillow has 2 different heights and positions – for your back and side.
How can my Angel Sleeper pillow adjust to me more quickly?
For back sleepers – If you sleep on your back, sleep on the lower side of the sleeper with the neck roll underneath your head. Initially, you may want to place a pillow under your knees to take some strain off your back.
For side sleepers – sleep on the higher side of the sleeper to adequately support your head and neck. Initially, you may also want to tuck a pillow in between your knees to help keep your spine in neutral alignment.
