    Description

    WELCOME TO BRANDON'S AUCTION CO.
THIS AUCTION HAS BEEN RELISTED BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS BUYER NEVER PAID!!!
This auction consists of a very hard to find 3 piece epergne by either Duncan Miller in the Monticello pattern or Tiffin in the #320 pattern
.  I could not find out which pattern exactly.  It is very elegant, & the design is classic.  Don't miss your opportunity to add this RARE piece to your collection.  This one measures approximately 14 1/2" to the top of the flower trumpet, flute, or horn (the flower trumpet is approximately 8 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" wide, the bowl is approximately 2" tall x 12 1/2" wide, & the base is approximately 6" tall x 5" wide) x 12 1/2" wide when assembled.  This one does have some chips and roughness on the underside of the bowl where the horn and base join.  This is not seen once assembled, but mentioned for accuracy.  Photo 1 shows this 3 piece epergne assembled.  Photo 2 shows the very top of the epergne flute and how it flares out.  Photo 3 shows the narrow stem of the epergne trumpet.  Photo 4 shows the facets near the bottom of the epergne trumpet.  Photo 5 shows a side view of the bowl and how it scalloped.  Photo 6 shows the center faceted stem on the base.  Photo 7 shows how the base graduates to the bottom.  Photo 8 shows the points on the bottom; there are NO chips on these.  Photo 9 shows the three pieces unassembled.  Photo 10 shows the end of the epergne horn with the metal ferrule or connector attached.  Photo 11 shows the other end of the connector and the inside of the bowl.  And photo 12 shows a close-up of the bottom of the bowl, & the chips and roughness around the center hole where the horn attaches to the base.  I do not believe it was ever used as there are NO water deposits, & only minimal, if any, storage scratches.  It spent years in a display cabinet.  It is in great condition with the only chips being on the underside of the bowl where the top connects to the bottom.  There are NO other chips, and NO cloudiness from hard water deposits.  You are only buying one 3 pc epergne.  I do combine items to save on USPS Priority Shipping.  Thanks for stopping by & please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have, or for additional photos.  I have some fine china that I will be listing soon.  Check out my
    other items
for just about anything.  Thanks again.  Col. Brandon Dowd
