Dungeons & Dragons Original Collectors Ed. handbooks 1970's NIB Vintage TSR

This is what you would have used at the very beginning of D&D.  The original TSR handbooks from the 70's and the Avalon Hill boardgame Outdoor Survival.
There are two sets of handbooks.  One is opened  in mint condition and the other is still sealed in its original plastic from the 70's  Written by Greg Gygax & Doug Arneson and published by Tactical Studies Rules, TSR.  They are titles Men & Magic, Monsters & Treasure,  The Underwolrd & Wilderness Adventures, and there there is a booklet of Reference Sheets that gives you all the specifics.  Spells table for Magic-Users levels 1-6, Monster Reference Table for Hostile & Benign Creatures, definition of the "Referee's Map, Monster Determination & Level Matrix, Monster Level Tables, Attack Matrix of Men, Attack Matrix of Monsters, Saving Throw Matrix, Basic Equipment & Costs, types of Weapons, Potions, Scrolls, and Cleric spells table,  and Clerics vs Undead Monsters matrix.  Very detailed.  These are from the 6th printing of these books.
The board game is open and the board and all papers and pieces, including the original die are in mint condition.  There is one token missing from the game.  The rest of them have not been removed, it is in unplayed condition.  If the one piece were not missing the contents would be like you had taken the plastic off and opened it for the first time.  The box itself has shelf wear on it, see pics.  The corners of all the boxes are perfect, no tears, no wrinkles, no folds.
