Condition: It is in very nice condition for a used 107 year old magazine, as is shown in the photos. It does show some wear and tear from age. It must have been in a binder at some point as there are the 3 binder ring holes through it. There is a small tear through the cover and the first 6 pages. Everything is still attached and legible. It has an Awesome cover, lots of Great old advertisements and some wonderful content. Please look at the pictures, Thank you.
