Your ATV winch needs power to work. Without a functioning relay/contactor running power from your battery to your winch you're stuck being… stuck. That's why we made this contactor with rugged features and a universal design. We started at the base. It's heavy-duty cast, so it won't move or break loose. It's designed to pull heat (heat sync) from the components so there's less risk of over-heating. The heavy-duty terminal bases are pre-labeled for easy installation. This contactor is pre-wired for plug-and-play connection to Bear Claw winches with a proprietary four-prong plug. This plug can be removed in seconds making it a truly universal contactor for any 2000-3600 lb. ATV winch.

LOCAL PICKUP:
We are excited to be offering a new local pick up option!  Same Day local pickup is available for orders paid in full and received by 2:00 PM Central time.  If you select the local pick up option please allow 2 hours for order picking/packing to minimize wait time and provide the fastest level of service.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central time are available for local pick up the following business day.  Local pick up is available between 9:00 AM & 4:00 PM Central Time.  Please pick up orders at 6800 Otter Lake Road, Lino Lakes MN 55038.  Go to the "Will Call Parts" door and please have the name on the order and a photo ID ready.
SHIPPING:
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day.  If this will not be the case Snowmobilestudcom will contact buyer to update shipping status.  Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.  We do our best to ensure our listings display available stock.  If for some reason we are out of stock we will contact you ASAP.  You have the option of waiting till we receive more inventory or we can immediately provide a full refund.
ORDERS:
Buyers should inspect packages within 7 days of receiving item to ensure contents arrive in good condition.  Snowmobilestudcom is not responsible for shipping damage if it is reported 7 days after receipt of an item.  *Any item that arrives damaged is eligible for exchange at no additional costs to the customer if reported within 7 days.*
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Snowmobilestudcom is set up to automatically combine shipping when buyers purchase multiple quantities of an item within the same listing.  To view shipping rates simply click on the "SHIPPING & PAYMENT" tab and enter in your shipping zip code, and desired item quantity.  The price listed there is the amount charged at check out.  If you wish to purchase multiple items from multiple listings simply click "BUY IT NOW" on any item you are interested in but do not immediately pay.  Snowmobilestudcom will combine the items into one invoice, with a combined shipping rate.  Snowmobilestudcom will only combine items onto one invoice upon request of the buyer.

RETURNS:
At Snowmobilestudcom, we want your on-line shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order within 7 days. If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or is altered or damaged in any shape or form, no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns: Buyer must contact Snowmobilestudcom for return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without contacting Snowmobilestudcom will not be processed.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us ASAP.
Cancellations must be provided within 30 minutes of customer placing their order and written via e-mail.
Snowmobilestud offers same day shipping and orders are fully processed within our system quickly.
Consequently we cannot guarantee cancellation requests.
However upon receipt of a request we will do our best to locate the order and cancel the shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Snowmobilestudcom ships some international orders via USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelopes & Boxes.  Buyers must provide a contact phone number for order, and order will not ship until contact phone number has been provided.  All international shipments are subject to taxes, duty, and UPS brokerage fees at the border.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not calculated by Snowmobilestudcom nor are they included within the listed price.  We do not ship via USPS.    All order values will be marked according to the value of the order.  Buyers who refuse to pay taxes, duty, and brokerage fees will have their packages returned back to Snowmobilestudcom.  A refund will be issued to the buyer minus the cost of original shipping and any shipping fees Snowmobilestudcom incurs shipping package back to our warehouse. UPS brokerage fees do not apply to orders shipping via USPS.
