    Description

    Kevex 8000 EDS analytical system, complete. System was taken from working analytical lab. The unit consists of an EDS detector with Be window (10mm area, 0.008 mm thick), Liquid N2 reservoir, and model 2003 preamp. HV and data cables are included. The analysis system includes a model 4405 pulse processor and a model 5230 A/D converter, a model 8000 power supply (110/220 volts), and a 500 volt bias supply. A full complement of processing and display boards are included. There is a Kevex keyboard and a SONY monitor, but no printer. Documentation includes complete schematics and a user manual. All electronics enclosed in a steel cabinet. Spare duplicate processing boards are available for additional 0.
