Tape starts with the full original airing of MTV movie Wuthering Heights with cast interviews, next is 2 episodes of the Wade robinson project dance battle competition show, followed by a full episode of Movie House, then one episode of Jackass, an episode of rare show Advance Warning, then a full episode of After Hours ( with music videos from fountains of wayne, thursday, christina aguilera, lil kim, chingy, r kelly, outkast, dashboard confessional, fabolous and tamia, pharellnwilliams and jay z) then there is 2 full episodes of Hard Rock Live Presents (one episode features The Roots and the other is Sean Paul). The tape ends with partial episode of All Things Rock Countdown hosted by Good Charlotte (videos by smile empty soul, korn, then tape ends). There are a few MTV news portions hosted by Gideon Yago as well.
