Up for your consideration is a pair of very rare blue and pink train engineer style hats from the May, 2017 announcement ceremony of Siemens Charger SC-44 engines for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Amtrak Cascades line. These child-sized strapback adjustable hats are new and have never been worn.
