In addition to medium field of view dental cone beam imaging, Planmeca ProMax 3D Classic delivers the following 2D panorex programs: standard, pediatric, lateral double TMJ, PA double TMJ and PA rotational sinus. Ask about optional advanced programs such as: horizontal segmenting, orthogonal, interproximal angulation, bitewings, lateral-PA double TMJ, PA multi-angle TMJ, lateral multi-angle TMJ, non-rotational sinus and more.
SCARA TECHNOLOGY
Patented SCARA (Selectively Compliant Articulated Robot Arm) technology, unique to Planmeca ProMax X-ray units, optimizes rotational movement during exposure using a jointed, robotic arm. SCARA helps capture more precise anatomical details than normal rotation alone, resulting in faster and more accurate diagnoses.
BITEWING PROGRAM
Some pre-owned Planmeca ProMax 3D Classic units come complete with the optional extraoral panoramic bitewing program for a comfortable and convenient alternative to intraoral bitewings. (NOTE: Subject to availability.)
PEDO-FRIENDLY

MEDIUM FOV CONE BEAM
The Planmeca ProMax 3D Classic delivers two convenient fields of view to capture a variety of dental exams. The small 4 x 5 cm FOV is ideal for focused applications such as endodontics and single implants. The medium 8 x 8 cm FOV captures both dental arches, perfect for dental implants, oral surgeries, surgical guides and other dental treatments.
ULTRA LOW DOSE 3D
Ask us about the optional Ultra Low Dose imaging protocol available with some Planmeca CBCT models. The Planmeca Ultra Low Dose feature captures dental cone beam scans at a dose lower than most standard 2D panoramic X-ray exams. (NOTE: Subject to availability.)
HIGH DEFINITION 3D

TWAIN INTEGRATION
2D panoramic X-rays can be captured and integrated directly into just about any leading dental imaging software with a convenient TWAIN interface.
