This gas-powered Portable Winch is designed to do all the hard work for you. It is powered by a strong and long lasting Honda GX160CC gas engine, so it will have no performance problems when performing pulling and lifting applications in industrial, forestry, search and rescue, hunting, and arboriculture settings. Let the PCH2000 Portable Winch lend you a hand if you are raising towers, antennas, insulator equipment, or any other heavy equipment ; pulling cables, wires, boats, docks, water fences ; lifting antennas, bricks, scaffolding, transformers ; and many other tough jobs that require pulling and lifting objects.
Capable of pulling up to 2530 lbs. and lifting up to 990 lbs., the PCH2000 utilizes a unique, integrated rope grabbing system that allows you to work safely from the ground. The start and stop mechanism allows you to concentrate at the task at hand.
Activate the centrifugal clutch system by simply pulling on the rope. If the operator stops pulling the rope, the throttle will go to idle, the drum stops rotating (to prevent rope damage), and the rope grabbing system holds the load in position. This permits the operator to lift or lower heavy loads.
Note: The PCH2000 Portable Winch can only be used with 1/2" diameter Double Braided Polyester Rope with an eye splice and thimble. These ropes have part numbers that end in 'M2ESC' ; for instance, the PCA-1213M2ESC. The eye splice and thimble ropes are mandatory for lifting applications.
