RIVERSIDE & GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY CLASSIC ENGINEERS HAT – ONE SIZE ELASTIC ADJUSTABLE
For consideration is one Riverside & Great Northern Railway Engineers Hat.  This hat is in excellent condition and does not appear to have ever been worn (the sticker is still on the front brim). The hat has an elastic adjustable back and appears to be a dark navy or black and white classic striped configuration.  I picked this up at an estate sale and was told that the former owner bought it new years ago from a Hobby shop but was stored in his closet and never worn, hence why I’m listing this as ‘used’ and not store bought new.  That said I observed no evidence of wear and had no reason not to believe the purveyors of the estate.  This would make for an excellent gift for the train enthusiast or even an excellent theatre/film wardrobe piece.  Given that its adjustable its exact size is unknown, however I would say it should easily fit a Small and Medium without any problems, a larger sized head may have to squeeze into it a little.  Overall a cool piece that was proudly made by the Pilgrim Hat Co in Massachusetts.
