Star X-Ray Wall Mounted Dental Medical Lighted View Box.  It plugs in and works great.  It measures 15 1/4" x 6 1/2" x 2 5/8".  It does have two crude sharp holes on the back of the box where someone hung it on the wall.  It does not affect the function at all.  It does have a little slight rusting (very superficial on the bottom edge in the a couple small spots).

*Please note-the shipping price is a flat rate.  I mostly ship Fed Ex but sometimes I end up using UPS or USPS.  Depends on where you live and shipping cost (and the size of the box).
*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
