4. If your sensor is (not repairable) you receive a refund less return shipping & ebay fees.
5. If new cable is damaged or installed wrong by outside party, item return and warranty is void.

1. Keep a copy of your tracking number and call us once it shows we have received your package.
2.We test your sensor and provide you with estimated return shipping date.
3.
Your sensor cable is installed / tested and then sent back to you.

You may call us anytime during the repair process for status updates.

If your sensor has malfunction or does not work properly during the servicing process,
we will return
your sensor and original parts and refund your total eBay purchase amount  less shipping and ebay fees to your Paypal
account).
All sensor cable replacements, come with a 1 year part warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental sensor or cable damage caused by the user or patient. Normal repair turnaround is about 1-5 business days on average.
It is the customers responsibility to:
1.Pay for incoming shipping cost.(Please use UPS or FED EX ONLY)
2. Keep a copy of your tracking number.
3. Pack your sensor properly & include insurance on your package.
4. Include a copy of your eBay sensor repair receipt with your shipment.
5. Include contact info: Name, Phone Number, Return Address and e-mail Address.
6.Contact us for your estimated sensor return date, once your tracking number shows we've received your package.
