SHIPPING IS EXTRA VIA US Retail Ground MAIL WITH TRACKING. I do sometimes use recycled materials when it warrants. Typically anything that is fragile I will use foam board on the insides of the box. I take very great pride in making my customers happy and that they receive their purchases intact.
