    This Update International food pan is rugged and can withstand a broad temperature band of 40 to 212 degrees fahrenheit. Great for storing large amounts of pre-made food or leftovers to eat later. Made from polycarbonate, they are break-resistant and do not bend, rust, crack, or dent. Outer graduation markings make it easy to see how much food you have left. Marks appear in both standard and metric measurements. Resistant to food oils and acids making clean-up a breeze. Not intended for steam table use. Third size measuring 12 5/8 by 7 by 4 inches.
