HOW TO MEASURE HEAD SIZE: To determine head size… Place a cloth tape-measure around the head slightly above the tops of the ears, across the mid-forehead, completely circling the head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically you need to measure the head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size

HOW WE MEASURE HAT SIZE: Since many hat tag sizes are INACCURATE, we use a precision flexible fiberglass tape measure to measure our hats to determine the TRUE size of the “hat”. We carefully run the tape around the inside of hat (at the smallest part of the headband) and take a reading. That dimension is then converted into the corresponding hat size using a nationally recognized hat size chart. We measure each hat twice to assure accuracy
