Vintage Black River & Western Railroad Cap Hat Seersucker Stripes Locomotive. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Vintage Black River & Western Railroad hat. Seersucker cotton. As you can see from the photos this has been heavily worn and is yellowed with stains throughout. The right side stitching has come undone from the brim.
Inside diameter is about 22”.
