I couldn't find much on this Bowey's brand other than they made fruits / syrups, extracts, chocolate products and stabilizers.  After a google search, I found some old tins, cans and some of those old soda fountain syrup pump dispensers that always sell for a ton of money.
I PURCHASED 4 OR 5 OF  THESE FROM A FAMILY THAT HAD A OLD COUNTRY STORE FOR SEVERAL GENERATIONS.  THEY WERE ON A TOP SHELF OF THEIR BACK STORE ROOM.  Chicago, Brooklyn and Los Angeles were the three locations that they had at the time.  That according to the label anyway.  Pretty good shape overall, with minimal label loss as shown.
I would think this would make a nice addition to a country store, soda fountain, ice cream parlor, jar or bottle collectors collection.
