Vintage Syrup Bottle Brown Long Neck With Handle & Cap Marked G over C, presumably for Glass Containers, Inc. of Vernon California, later known as  Glass Containers Corporation of Fullerton, California
Measures about 8-7/8" tall, about 4" wide across the base.  There appears to be a bubble in the glass on one side, and I have tried to show it in the last photo.
I am assuming it is syrup bottle, but it might have been intended for some other use.
