vintage, VERY GOOD CONDITION
TRAIN ENGINEER / RAILROAD striped CAP.
the only label says size medium.  the actual circumference of the inside of the hat (measured with a fabric tape) is 20" un-stretched and there is elastic that lets this stretch about a half an inch bigger.  the hat size charts indicate that this is a SIZE 6 3/8ths and FOR A TODDLER or small CHILD.  please check measurements for a good fit.
