West Coast Mirror Brackets Big Trucks circa 60's 70's

Up for auction is a new west coast mirror bracket assembly used on big trucks circa 60's 70's. Brand name unknown, these are steel brackets paint silver. Brackets measure about 30" long full extended, collapsed is 18 1/2". Diagonal bar is non adjustable has shown in picture it is the rigid type measures 22" long overall has water drain holes. Hardware packet is missing 2 acorn nuts & 2 bolts, all other hardware shown in instruction sheet is there. Long obsolete USA made old stock, email me with any ??????
