All items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Most items will be shipped the same or next business day, except on weekends and holidays.
Some specialty items make take from 3-5 business days to ship, but we will ship as soon as possible. When an item is to heavy or large for USPS another carrier such as UPS, etc. will be used.
All shipments include a Tracking Number, which you can find on your purchases page on eBay, or on PayPal.
Any items with Free Shipping, pertains to the United States Only, anywhere outside the US will be charged shipping according to location. Outside of the USA, please check with us for shipping insurance amounts.

On all CD-ROM items there are no returns for cash refund. If you do receive a damaged or non-working disk it will be replaced with another copy of the same CD.
All other items are subject to return only if the item is damaged. Item must be returned to us within 7 days from time of delivery, in original packaging to the address below. Please contact us before shipping back to receive an RMA number for the return. Packages without RMA will not be accepted. This is only for replacement only, not a cash refund.
Items shipped outside US will only be covered if buyers adds insurance to purchase. Outside the US, non-working CD's will be replaced if buyer pays for the shipping on the replacement.
