Paul Constantineau was one of the last of the original Z-Boys. Lesser known perhaps than Alva and them but still original-- that's why his reissue is branded with OG status. Named for his pool coping tail tap which he doesn't claim to have invented, just did the hell out of. He still skates today.
What I love about this deck is that it
feels
old skool.

didn't add the modern street concave you see on many reissue decks--its true to the original. This "pig" shaped deck was designed for his cruisey, wave riding style which I personally appreciate. (Nothing wrong with modern concaves, they're dope on the Vision reissues. I have the mandatory MG and Psycho Stick in my collection).
But like I said, this one just feels different in your hands.
It feels OG.
The DTs are harder to find compared to all the mass market Powell-Peralta reissues because they made fewer. The market is absolutely saturated with PP reissues (and pumping out more everyday!). In my opinion many of those will barely hold their purchase price let alone increase in value in the long run.
